Je ni kweli kuwa Mungu huwapatiliza wana DHAMBI za baba zao hadi kizazi cha tatu na cha nne?

Baadhi ya maandiko yanakubaliana na kauli hii, kuwa dhambi za baba huamishiwa kwa watoto wao. Lakini ni vema tukatulia kidogo na kuangalia uhalisia wa maneno haya, na maandiko mengine yanayotilia msisitizo ama kukinzana na andiko hili.

Kwa upande mmoja inaonekana ni kweli Mungu huwapatiliza wana maovu ya baba zao.

Je kunena kwa lugha hutoka kwa Mungu ama Kwa shetanI?

Kitu cha muhimu cha kufahamu kuhusu kunena kwa lugha ni alichokisema Yesu kuhusu kunena kwa Lugha. Marko 16:17

“Na ishara hizi zitafuatana na hao waaminio; kwa jina langu watatoa pepo; watasema kwa lugha mpya;…..”

Bwana Yesu, alishuhudia kuwa kunena kwa lugha ni alama ya nguvu ya Mungu kwa hao waaminio. Mungu hakuwapa Watoto wake karama zilizo mbaya; kwa mantiki hiyo hatuogopi ama kuikashifu karama yeyote ya Roho Mtakatifu ikiwemo kunena kwa Lugha.

Watu wengine wanasema, wakristo walio wengi hunena kwa kuigiza kwa watu wengine. Hilo linabaki kuwa siri ya anenaye na Mungu wake. Ila anenaye na kwa Lugha anazo faida nyingi. Inamsaidia kuwasiliana moja kwa moja na Mungu.

Kulingana na mtume Paulo, katika 1 kor 13:1 “Nijaposema kwa lugha za wanadamu na za malaika, kama sina upendo , nimekuwa kama shaba iliayo na upatu uvumao.”

DELAYED MIRACLES . ACT 3:1-11

Delays are at best inconvenient, most of the time they are irritating and often they are down right infuriating. Think of road construction for a moment. Because of the work the speed limit has been reduced to 35 miles an hour, you are going to the store and it takes 10 minutes longer than normal... that is inconvenient. You are headed to work and the traffic is down to one lane and you are 10 minutes late for work... that is irritating. You are taking the kids to school and traffic is stopped, 5 men are standing around watching one man work and you are 20 minutes behind schedule... that can be infuriating.

Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to win their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord.

WHO HAS RIGHT TO BE BAPTIZED?

Baptism is the initiatory rite for Christians. This is clearly seen in words of the Great Commission where Jesus told His disciples to go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). 
The question that has assailed the church within the last few hundred years involves who is to be the recipient of this baptism. Is it for believers only? Or do the Scriptures command, urge or allow an infant to be baptized?

PRUNE ME OOH GOD

Every branch that bears fruit must be pruned to bear much more fruit. I have a tomato plant that has been living for over two years now. Every winter the cold weather and heavy breeze kill more than half of the vines and leafs. If I don't prune the dead, it will spread and kill the whole plant. Therefore, I must  prune what is wilted to save the rest of the plant. In turn, the plant grows bigger, stronger, and bears more tomatoes than before. The tomatoes don't only multiply, but they are much more pleasing in their flavour.

WHEN JESUS MOVES IN

Summary

The Word became flesh and dwelt on earth. Jesus is the face of grace; He is grace personified. Whenever Jesus comes on the scene, people are healed, raised from the dead, and delivered from bondage—He rearranges and changes things. He extends the love and grace of the Father despite our shortcomings. When He moves in, the glory of the Father is revealed.

Introduction: Belief.
We are here this morning to worship the Lord; because we believe that Jesus is the son of God. Why else would we be here, but do you know that his disciples and his friends had their doubts.
